Shara is a California girl with a deep love for life and a true passion for sharing abundant laughter and peace.
A former motocross rider and avid snowboarder, she gravitated towards high risk and adrenaline pumping past times. After her first yoga class she quickly realized that she was hooked. She had finally found a path that mixed sweetness of skill with edgy strength, and learned that the journey of yoga was never ending.
Pursuing her next dreams, in 2009 she became a 200 RYT through Corepower Yoga in Southern California under the teaching of MaNithya Kumudini.
Shara believes that every breath, moment and season in our lives carries a Divine Purpose and we are always led to the exact places that we are meant to be. Her hearts desire is to be a vessel and means to help others be led.
Shara is a wife, a mother and a whole hearted yogi, falling madly in love daily with the adventure we call life!
