Courtney Barrow is a San Diego yogi and full time stay at home mom. Courtney completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training last year and teaches periodically. She also is certified to teach children's yoga, which she does daily with her beautiful four year old daughter. Courtney loves learning new things and considers herself a lifetime student. She also happens to be a full time college student, pursuing a career in Criminal Justice. Courtney believes that yoga can help even the most troubled of souls and hopes to incorporate that into helping people in her criminal justice career.
