How do I get my order status?

You can log in to your account here.  We do require 1-2 business days processing time for all orders. (International orders require extra time to clear customs.)

My order is missing, what do I do now?

Sorry to hear this, we know how frustrating this can be! If your item states delivered and you have not received it, please double check your shipping address and contact the carrier, neighbors, leasing office, etc. if you still have not received the item within seven business days of the delivery date, please fill out this form.
