What is Sound Healing?

What is Sound Healing?

What is sound healing, you ask? Sound healing is a generic umbrella term for an arsenal of modalities that include voice, singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks. Some benefits of these vibrational sound frequency practices may include lowering blood pressure, increasing circulation and respiration, while easing insomnia and anxiety. In these troubling times of plague and social upheaval, who couldn’t use that?

The predominant feeling of most people experiencing a Sound Healing session is a profound sense of well-being and contentment.

One such company using the inherent healing properties of one's own voice is Quantum Sound Therapy. They combine sound frequencies with scalar wave technology. Listening to sound frequencies of your own voice may help to unlock one’s full human potential.

If you’re thinking about trying Sound Healing, consider this. While Sound Healing has not been scientifically proven to “heal” anything, numerous studies suggest it to be beneficial to one's overall sense of well-being. Plenty of anecdotal evidence exists that Sound Healing is effective in relieving stress and anxiety. As with any type of healing modality, traditional or alternative, you must try it for yourself. Hippocrates, the founder of modern medicine, entreated us - “Physician, heal thyself.”

Instead of falling in line with a New World Order, let us follow a NOW World Order.
