How to exercise in the winter without going to the gym

How to exercise in the winter without going to the gym
In the winter, people often feel less inclined to go to the gym. It is mainly because it is nice and cold, and you would just want to stay bundled up in your covers. But what if I tell you that there many different exercises you can do right from the comfort of your own home. Below I will give you 5 different bodyweight workouts that you can use to maintain your physique throughout this winter season.

Your at-home workout plan

There are many different types of at-home workouts available, but here is a sample of what you can do in the comfort of your own home:
- Jumping jacks: 10 repetitions on each side
- Pushups: 10 repetitions
- Plank (hold): 10 seconds
- Side plank (hold): 10 seconds on each side
- Glute bridge: 3 - 5 repetitions
The reason why I chose these 5 exercises is that they're all full-body workouts. Jumping jacks will be for your cardio, pushups are for your arms and backs, planks are for your entire body, focusing on your abs, Side planks are for your obliques, glute Bridges are for your butt. Therefore targeting your whole body, done in the comfort of your home and this can be done within 15 to 30 minutes, so it will not take up much of your time.

Conclusion

Working out from home throughout the winter can be a cinch with these workouts that I provided.
