Sammi is an overexcited lover of life and happy-go-lucky yogi. She has been practicing yoga since the age of 13 and believes it has helped her become stronger both on and off the mat.
She lives to inspire others to laugh, play and spread joy and happiness through movement and everyday life. In her classes, she works to create a safe, fun and supportive environment where students will be challenged, build trust and a sense of connection through touch.
Sammi completed her 200hr Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training with Bhava Yoga in Brattleboro, VT and Level 1 ACROVINYASA Teacher Certification.
