Liz was born and raised on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The frequent family road trips around America ignited the everlasting wanderlust she still carries today. After purchasing her first camera in 2009, Liz took to the road to explore what she is passionate about; travel and photography. In 2011, she moved to Colorado where she fell in love with both the Rocky Mountains and her husband Justin. Justin's career in the U.S. Air Force moved the couple and their scruffy puppy to Hawaii. It was in Hawaii where the spirit of Aloha inspired Liz to live a more mindful lifestyle. She completed her 200HR YTT in multi-style yoga with the Hawaii Yoga Institute in O'ahu, where she is a full time instructor. In doing so, she used her experience as a springboard to launch a traveling yoga business called Hike & Yoga Flow, a hiking and yoga experience where the mind, body and soul connects with nature. She created a line of essential oil blends inspired by life and nature called Blends By Liz. Liz continues to study yoga, wellness and aromatherapy as she explores the world and all that it has to offer.
