Described as "eccentric" and "non-dogmatic", Taylor Nelms has been a yoga teacher for 4 years, practicing yoga for 9 and a cosplay enthusiast for nearly 10. She is a quirky, playful person with a passion for introducing yoga to as many people from as many backgrounds as possible! She has taught everyone from professional and amateur MMA fighters, WWE wrestlers, and the Orlando City Soccer Team, all the way in the other direction to her nerdy brethren at anime and gaming events as well as at various yoga studios and rock climbing gyms. She believes that your yoga is what you make of it, so why not make it something that lights a spark in you and brings joy into your life? Regardless of whether that means you are on a mat, on a rock face, or in a fighting gym, she believes yoga is everywhere, and it is our responsibility to seek it, practice it, and apply it!
