3 Simple Ways To Boost Your Mood

The body cannot step into a state of healing when it is in the sympathetic nervous system, fight or flight. But it CAN heal when it is in the rest and digest state. Learning what it feels like to be in and out of each of these states, equips you with what you need in order to stay within the one that feels nourishing. Your body knows exactly what it needs to do to heal when given half the chance. So choose to give it every chance you can!
